Integrated Training Environment

Common Battle Command Simulation Equipment (CBCSE)

Phoenix Logistics, Inc. (PLI) is the CBCSE prime contractor, providing network architectural and platform level analysis for 42 separate Mission Training Centers (MTCs) across the Continental US (CONUS) and Outside Continental US (OCONUS). CBCSE is the primary hardware determination, configuration management and procurement activity supporting the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) program.

Battle Command Training System - Equipment Support (BCTC-ES)

Phoenix Logistics, Inc. (PLI) is the BCTC-ES prime contractor, providing network architectural and boundary layer analysis (Risk Management Framework) for 42 separate Mission Training Centers (MTCs) across the Continental US (CONUS) and Outside Continental US (OCONUS). PLI also provides interior and architectural engineering support for Major Contruction Army (MCA) projects supporting new MTC facilities across the DOD. BCTC-ES is the primary security boundary layer hardware determination, configuration management and procurement activity supporting the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) program.

One Semi-Automated Force (OneSAF)

Phoenix Logistics, Inc. (PLI) is part of Team OneSAF, joined with prime contractor, Riptide Software, Inc. to provide post deployment software support for the OneSAF program. OneSAF is a high fidelity, entity level constructive simulation used for experimentation and determination force on force engagement outcomes at Brigade level and below.

CACCTUS

PLI provides engineering architectural and Marine Corps Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support to the US Marine Command and Control Training Upgrade System (CACCTUS).

CACCTUS is the venue for combined arms training at the staff level. CACCTUS uses an entity level simulation called OneSAF to generate battlefield forces. Marines train using a three dimensional viewer that allows them to train in a virtual environment just as they would in the field. In CACCTUS, Marines can build complex fire and maneuver packages and submit them to battalion and regimental staffs for approval. Thus, the unit Fire Support Coordination Center (FSCC) and Direct Air Support Center (DASC) train in clearance of missions, coordination of air and fire planning, and control of maneuver in conjunction with supporting arms.

Virtual Training

PLI provides component level support to virtual training devices. Many of our tactical products are relevant within the virtual training domain in that the virtual trainers are required to replicate actual system performance. PLI's databus, RF, and microwave interconnect knowledge and overall avionics integration support can be valuable to any virtual training system developer.
