Phoenix Logistics has designed and developed a series of Anti-Rotate RF Microwave connectors for use on high performance microwave cable assemblies. Our design provides a simple and easy to use connector that eliminates the need for lockwire/safety wire that can lead to potential FOD in an aircraft. The PLI solution features a unique lock-collar mechanism that once engaged prevents rotation of the coupling nut. Phoenix Logistics has developed triax contacts for use in MIL-STD 1553 data bus and high speed data applications. These contacts meet the requirements of Mil-C-39029 and SAE-AS-39029 and the requirements for use in Mil-DTL-38999 and Mil-C-83723 connectors. Phoenix Logistics can design modifications of existing contacts for application to unique customer cables and provide full integration services.
