Executive Team
- Ray Bellefeuille: Owner, President & CEO
Mr. Bellefeuille has over 35 years experience with the Military Aerospace marketplace. He has held various positions with large primes such as Sanders Associates, and Raytheon from 1967 through 1973 and held sales manager and engineering positions with smaller specialized firms in this business area from 1973 through 1980. Mr. Bellefeuille was a business consultant to a number of small start-up companies from 1980 through 1990. He also provided consulting services to Raychem Corporation, Andrew Corporation, and Rogers Corporation from 1987 thru 1991. He founded PLI in 1991. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southeastern Massachusetts University.
- Scott Bellefeuille: Owner, Director of Marketing
Scott has worked with PLI since the company’s inception in a variety of roles including assembler, database designer, CAD draftsman, web designer, and senior manager. He has a thorough and intimate knowledge of the business. He currently sits on the Company’s Board of Directors, acts as liaison and manager for outside legal services and advisor for corporate strategy and planning, and oversees the company’s marketing and design efforts. His previous work experience includes several years at HBO in Eastern Europe and over 10 years of freelance work throughout Europe in the film and television industry and as a translator. He graduated Magna Cum Laud and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University with further education completed at the Central European University and Charles University in the Czech Republic.
- Scot Neville: Chief Financial Officer
Scot Neville joined Phoenix Logistics as Chief Financial Officer in February 2009. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master's Degree in Accounting/Tax from Arizona State University. Throughout his career, whether as an advisor with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche or a financial executive with public and private entities including Franklin Covey, Metric Roofing, and A.T, Meridian Development, Scot has specialized in assisting senior management and owners of closely-held organizations realize their business and financial goals and objectives.
