Phoenix Logistics (PLI) is pleased to announce that they have successfully completed the requirements to be qualified to Revision C of the AS9100 aerospace quality standard. The aerospace AS standards contain the requirements of ISO 9001 and additional industry requirements and is the Quality Management System (QMS) for the aerospace and defense industry. PLI was audited by Great Western Registrar LLC, an ANSI-ANAB accredited registrar, who verified that PLI's systems met the requirements of ISO9001/AS9100C.

On Thursday, September 15, 2011, the C-17 Globemaster III program will celebrate another historic milestone – the 20th anniversary of the T-1 first flight and the beginning of a new era in military and humanitarian airlift. During the last 20 years, the C-17 has flown more than two million flight hours on countless military and humanitarian missions.

Phoenix Logistics, Inc. has completed installation of a custom built CMS laser marking machine which is now fully operational. The laser marking machine gives PLI the ability to mark, measure, strip, and cut wire for complex aerospace wire harness production in a fully automated and computer controlled process. The system is fully compliant with SAE Aerospace standards.
